When you choose CAM Residential as your partner in any residential project, you will be guided by our experts through each stage of the design/build process.
We Talk.
Our first communication is designed to learn what your needs are and to give you some perspective on how we work. We will collect as much information as possible so that we can begin the process of stepping into your shoes to imagine your new space.
We Imagine.
This one or two hour brainstorming session often brings out both broad outlines and small details. In the end, we each have a working idea of your goals, budget and timeline. We will explore your design style and how you envision using your space, and we will prioritize the details that are most important to you.
Sometimes a design concept can begin with a treasured piece of furniture or fabric; sometimes it starts with a blank page. Our goal is to translate the look and feel you imagine into the home you want to live in.
At this point, we offer a Layout/Planning Retainer Agreement, so that we can get started on the design phase of your project. This small fee will be applied to the final contract price.
We Plan.
We will guide you through a collaborative process, and, with our professional computer-aided drafting and drawings, we create a detailed visual package, including floor plans and interior and exterior elevations or 3D renderings, as necessary. Written specifications, work timelines, payment schedules and material samples move your project from the abstract to the concrete, and give you realistic expectations in black and white.
We Review.
As we walk through the details of the proposal with you, we encourage you to ask questions and voice concerns. Then we will develop a construction plan that accommodates your lifestyle and scheduling needs.
We Create.
Once the contract has met with your approval, we prepare construction documents for CAM Residential's production team, while you take a closer look at materials, fixtures, appliances, colors, and other aspects of the finished work. We will work shoulder to shoulder with you, by booking showroom appointments and staying on track with your finish choices.
If you have limited time, we offer convenient consultations at your home or office, and we will bring all necessary product samples for you to review. Our goal is to make all of your selections, and have all materials, fixtures and special order items available before we start work.
We Stay On Our Timelines.
In order to be completed efficiently and cost effectively, most projects require a specific sequence of installation. CAM Residential coordinates all aspects of your project to ensure smooth transitions from each phase until project completion.
Our crews and preferred trade partners are not only tops in the business, but you'll also find them personable and helpful. Our primary concern is making sure that the lines of communication are continually open, and that your property and lifestyle are respected. Because we are always honest about what we can do in a specific timeframe, we will always meet our deadlines.
We Complete Your Project.
With final punchlist in hand, we tour the finished project with you, fine-tuning as needed, and you become another satisfied CAM Residential family member.
