Contract Manufacturing

Outsourcing not only saves money, but also provides you tension-free, superior services..

Outsourcing has become the biggest trend in the woodworking industry. Can anyone tell me why?

  • Cost Control: When you contract for a fixed price per piece, you reduce the risk of price fluctuations.
  • Quality: When you outsource your millwork needs to a single manufacturer, you ensure consistent quality.
  • Deadlines: Outsourcing can help you meet deadlines on large millwork orders and improve turnaround time to minimize time-to-market.
  • Labor: Outsourcing eliminates direct labor costs.
  • Inventory: Outsourcing allows you to carry less inventory, or to use just-in-time inventory, reducing waste.
  • Capital: Lower capital requirements results in better return on investment.
  • Mass Production: Outsourcing can help you meet your large orders and backorders without the need to increase your workforce.

What are my shipping options?

You are our customer, and our goal is to fit your requirements. There are several shipping options to choose from:

  • We can ship on pallets via a national carrier
  • If the parts are small enough, they can be shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • We are also happy to ship directly to your customer with information provided by your company.

Where do you get the materials?

Many of the common materials that we use are found through local suppliers, and we do our best to choose the most affordable option based on the specifications provided by our customer.

What quality control measures are taken?

At CAM we pride ourselves in our quality control measures. Every effort is made to ensure that the product we deliver meets the customer's exact specifications. The quality control measures required for each project are different, but our ultimate goal is to deliver a superior product that meets our customer's expectations in every way.

How do I submit my parts or assembly specifications?

We can easily accept files through e-mail in most CAD formats, as well as eCabinet files.
